A post is a marker on a route. Not a destination.
Every coffee brand in this country sells you somewhere to sit. We are building the opposite. One window, specialty coffee, and three minutes for people who are already on their way somewhere else.
That single idea decides everything else. Why there is no seating. Why the menu is eight lines long. Why the shop is shaped like a road marker rather than a shopfront.
Small on purpose.
Seventy square feet is the minimum, not the ceiling. What never changes is the shape of the visit: you walk up, you say your usual, you leave. Nothing in the shop exists to slow that down.

A road marker, not a shopfront.
2600 wide, 2800 tall, a domed top and a single serving window at counter height. The whole thing is fabricated off site and installed in a day.
Concept drawing. Final dimensions confirmed with the fabricator against your site.

Every Post looks like itself.
Three things change from one outlet to the next and nothing else does. It is what lets a network of small shops feel like one brand without any of them feeling like a copy.

The number
Every outlet takes its number from its own pincode. Geography assigns it rather than us, so no outlet ranks above another and the system never runs out.

The colour
One shade per outlet, floor to fascia, carried through to the cup and the stamp. Each colour is matched to a single origin from our own roastery.

The stamp
One rubber stamp per outlet and one plain cup across the whole network. Marked by hand at the window, never quite straight. That is the point.
Ten coffees, paid for once.
Not a loyalty card. Nobody finishes those. The Book is bought upfront the way you buy a book of stamps, and every cup you collect is cancelled with your outlet's postmark until the card is full.
A postmark exists to cancel a stamp so it cannot be used twice. On the Book it is doing exactly the job it was invented for.

Roasted by us, which is the whole reason this works.
No importer in the middle and no guessing what is in the bag. We source it, we roast it, and we train every barista who serves it. That is what lets a shop this small pour coffee this good at this price.

Our own roast
Sourced and roasted in house, with a single origin assigned to each outlet and rotated through the network every quarter.

Dialled in daily
Every drink on the board starts here. The menu is short so that this part can be right, every morning and again when the weather turns.

And matcha
Ceremonial grade, whisked to order. Not everyone in a coffee queue drinks coffee, and matcha never waits on the espresso machine.
The whole menu
Eight lines, two sizes, and one signature that changes with the outlet. Short enough to keep the queue moving and short enough to get every one of them right.
- No seating
- No table service
- No kitchen
- Specialty only

One Post per pincode.
We are signing our first outlets now. You bring the site. We bring everything else: the kiosk, the espresso machine, the coffee, the training, the software and the people behind it.
Westend Coffee is one of the few coffee franchisors in India that owns its whole supply chain. We manufacture our own commercial espresso machines, roast our own coffee, train every barista in our own academy, and build the software that runs the shop.
